Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Çetin Akü ("Company") as data controller within the scope described below.

Data Processed and Purposes

Name, phone, email, company and city details you share via our website forms are processed to answer quote requests, evaluate dealership applications, manage job applications and respond to contact requests.

CV information shared in career applications is used solely for recruitment processes and retained for a maximum of one year.

Transfer and Retention

Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent; it may only be transferred to authorised institutions under legal obligations. Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable statutory retention periods.

Your Rights
