All Çetin Akü products are covered against manufacturing and material defects from the date of sale. Our goal in every warranty case is to get your vehicle or business back to full power as quickly as possible.

What the Warranty Covers
- Internal cell short circuit
- Plate breakage or internal connection failure
- Terminal manufacturing defects
- Premature capacity loss due to manufacturing defects
- Case and lid manufacturing defects
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect installation or reversed polarity
- Over/under-charging caused by vehicle charging system faults
- Prolonged storage in a fully discharged state
- Physical damage, dropping, freezing
- Neglected electrolyte levels (on serviceable types)
- Use outside intended purpose
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us with your receipt/invoice and the battery serial number.

Your battery is tested with professional equipment and the result is reported.
- 3
If a manufacturing defect is found, the battery is repaired or replaced.

The process typically completes within 1–3 business days.
